Apple it’s definitely one of the most innovative company in the world with a market capitalization of 2.5 trillion u.s. dollars as of September 2022, Apple is one of the world’s largest company in 2022.
Apple has unveiled its plan to become carbon neutral across its entire business, manufacturing supply chain, and product life cycle by 2030.
The company is already carbon neutral today for its global corporate operations, and this new commitment means that by 2030, every Apple device sold will have net zero climate impact.
“Businesses have a profound opportunity to help build a more sustainable future, one born of our common concern for the planet we share,” said Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO.
Mr. Cook added that; “The innovations powering our environmental journey are not only good for the planet — they’ve helped us make our products more energy efficient and bring new sources of clean energy online around the world. Climate action can be the foundation for a new era of innovative potential, job creation, and durable economic growth. With our commitment to carbon neutrality, we hope to be a ripple in the pond that creates a much larger change.”
Apple has announced that will make investments in forestry projects to remove carbon from the atmosphere while generating a financial return for investors. Launched with Conservation International and Goldman Sachs, Apple’s $200 million fund aims to remove at least 1 million metric tons of carbon dioxide annually from the atmosphere, equivalent to the amount of fuel used by over 200,000 passenger vehicles, while demonstrating a viable financial model that can help scale up investment in forest restoration.
“Nature provides some of the best tools to remove carbon from the atmosphere. Forests, wetlands, and grasslands draw carbon from the atmosphere and store it away permanently in their soils, roots, and branches,” said Lisa Jackson, Apple’s vice president of Environment, Policy, and Social Initiatives.
“Through creating a fund that generates both a financial return as well as real, and measurable carbon impacts, we aim to drive broader change in the future — encouraging investment in carbon removal around the globe. Our hope is that others share our goals and contribute their resources to support and protect critical ecosystems.”
Albanian Minerals CEO Sahit Muja said” We have an great natural solution to the world’s greatest problem by turning CO2 in vitamins : Magnesium is the greatest solution against climate change and ocean acidification. It’s a nature’s way of turning carbon dioxide into nutrition and rock using mineral Olivine”.
Mr. Muja added that; Hundreds of researches worldwide has proven that mineral magnesium olivine can capture CO2 and heal the planet. Storing carbon in soil in low cost, high impact carbon removal.
Decades of industrial agriculture have depleted our soil of essential nutrients and carbon. When farmers adopt regenerative practices, they are returning carbon to their soils and keeping it there. These practices also improve the soil health, lower the use of chemical fertilizers, reduces pollution, and makes the fields more drought resistant.
Albanian Minerals holds the world’s largest magnesium olivine reserves and have discovered billions of tons of mineral world’s highest grade magnesium olivine enough to capture 100% of all carbon dioxide worldwide. This new technology is very cheap, scalable, and permanent.
Albanian Minerals team with vision and drive has embrace new solution to push the world in the right direction .
Sahit Muja said; “To turn the world’s most challenging problems, devastating period of social suffering and environment catastrophic effects of climate change into wisdom . On this journey of 25 years working; We have find a solution to challenge the world’s greatest threats; Food security, fight diseases, clean air, clean water and healthy living for all life’s”.
Albanian Minerals has develop new olivine product and secure essential mineral combination to feed all living biodiversity . this product can be used safe in land and the water.
Sahit Muja New York based businessman and one of strongest supporter of green movement said;
“The Climate change is defining crisis of our time . Entire global populations is already suffering the impacts resulting from the increasing intensity and frequency of extreme weather events, fires, heavy rainfall, record droughts, desertification, environmental degradation”.
